GDThe better man.
GD is Gunga Din. GD and his friends watch your borders. They monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic. They show you your active Internet connections.
There's very little to do here. Just start GD up. You can drag anything in its window to a text editor such as Rixedit but you'd best pause the program's activity first (⌘P).
There's also a panel that shows your connection history - good to have when everyone's trying to spy on you.
GD's snapshots of your connectivity will pick up things your firewall won't. And GD can log them too.
And you can set the interval between snapshots as low as one μs.
