Iceberg is an 'integrated packaging environment' (IPE) that creates OS X-conformant packages and meta-packages.

So it's basically Pacifist in reverse.

It's impressive looking. Check this link for a 240 KB screen shot.

Both binary and source are available.

If Iceberg can edit existing packages, this becomes a main staple of every developer's environment.

Iceberg gets three @s even though it's not been tested yet because it looks so damned good, seems to have so much potential, and because you probably want to hurry to try it out yourself.
