TIFFCompress Squish!

The tagged image file format TIFF is a popular image format on OS X. Smaller TIFF images can be compressed with a non-lossy algorithm.

TIFFCompress compresses the image files you drop on it and displays the results in four columns.

• File - the name of the file sans path.
• Before - the size of the file before compression.
• After - the size of the file after compression.
• % - the percent saved.

TIFF compression can become self-defeating with files in the megabyte range; TIFFCompress compresses your files only if it's possible to reduce their sizes.
