Xstat

Complete control.

It's one thing to adjust Unix or HFS time stamps; or adjust Unix file permissions; but how about controlling all the editable fields of the stat structure all at once? That's Xstat.

You control the file owner, the group, the mode, the special flags, and the four time stamps FreeBSD Unix and HFS have in common: accessed, changed, created, and modified.

User feedback is more sophisticated than before because Xstat uses a more ambitious programming model. You'll see exactly where you've made a mistake when you make one.

In all other respects Xstat works the same way as the other three ACP stampers (Rixmode, Rixstamp, Xstamp) and the ACP Framework info sheet: in the event of error all changes are reversed.
