What horror stories? What did go wrong. I have two Macs that I have updated to 10.5.2 and have no issues. In fact, I never had any issues with Leopard at all. Good thing I don't believe everything I read or I would still be using Mac OS 6.0.2.

For me, OS X has been a fantastic OS. I don't know if you ever lived through the bad old days of System 7.5 but that was a crashing time. In fact System 7.5 through 9.2 were pretty unstable OSs; I had to restart a couple of times per day. I never do now unless I install an update. Like 10.5.2 which is working great for me.

Quit whining so much.

Sure thing. Hey can you pick up that bar of soap?
