This person is an utter moron. What's worse he's an arrogant and rude moron. We refuse to do business with his ilk. Period. This person is a disease.

Here are his personal details so other vendors and merchants can avoid the same abusive treatment. This letter will shortly be published at the corporate website to reach an even wider audience.

We don't take kindly to threats and attempts by lowlifes to intimidate others. His custom is not only unwelcome - it is unequivocally and unconditionally refused. In a word: he's dirt.
