Another High Quality Apple Computer DOA

Another 'flawless' BMW leaves the factory - and right out of the box does things that were unthinkable only a few years ago.

Apple are supposed to be the BMW of computers. Steve Jobs says so. But he's also said he doesn't care if his policies cause customer issues. Which is it?

Dwight Silverman of the Houston Chronicle ordered a MacBook Core 2. What he got when it arrived and he'd taken it out of the box can be seen below.
