As of yesterday evening, Apple began blocking all our mail to their three domains mac.com, me.com, and icloud.com.

We're writing to you individually, rather than with the customary blind carbon copy, in an effort to reach you.

We notified everyone of a product update on 1 November. The download URLs for the products have changed. We recommend you supply us with an alternate address so we can send you the change log everyone else received on 1 November.
