So life goes on...

Covid, Ukraine, freedom of speech, woke software...

Get It

Try It

ROSTOV-ON-DON (Rixstep) — So life goes on. Admirably, surprisingly. And we keep using our trusty Apple computer hardware. (We don't use mobile devices. We're not stupid.)

And it's obvious to us, every day, that we'd get nowhere without our ACP. Our ACP has been instrumental from Day One.

CLIX would have been impossible without it.

The Keymaster suite would have been impossible without it.

Tracker would have been impossible without it.

And so forth.

You can go on using your Mac like always, blissfully ignorant of what you're missing out on. After all, that's the way Ms Tim and his paramours want you to do it. You don't see nothing, you don't get to do nothing. You have no clue what you're missing out on. Swish, pinch, and drool.

Your system is supposed to be a UNIX. Except it's not. Except it is. There is so much potential in that box, things you could do, things that would make your life easier, if you only knew of the possibilities. But Apple will never tell you. They want your money. They definitely don't want you knowing everything about your system.

You get a system with hundreds of thousands of files and they literally don't want you knowing anything about them.

Your file management offers you so many, so many, opportunities, but Apple won't tell you about them. They even fool around with basic intrinsics and still can't get them right. They're a sickeningly rich company of staggeringly hapless fuckups.

Why was it that so many early switchers from Windows kept going to Unix, to Linux, to FreeBSD? We saw them. They flocked in the tens of thousands to our site, to our forums, into our mailboxes, as we offered them information. They moved on because they quickly understood that Apple's OS wasn't to be taken seriously, and Apple's infamous fanboy army really were an unpleasant lot as we'd warned them. And when they're not explicitly and intentionally unpleasant then they're still mind-numbingly dumb. Their way is no way to operate a computer.

If you're still stuck on Apple hardware, for whatever reason, try out our ACP. Start with our Test Drive. It's free, no strings attached. If you want to purchase, fine. It's a one-time (but high) price. There are no additional costs, ever, as things stand right now. New programs, new versions of existing programs? All free. That's the way we work. It's more important for us that you don't wander by accident into a neighbourhood where you get lost. Try the Test Drive. Then, if you like what you see, go for it. And welcome to the club.

You've obviously heard of us, otherwise you wouldn't be here.
We're known for telling the truth even if it's not in our interest.
We're now telling you to beware Apple's walled garden. Don't get locked in.
What you've seen so far may be only the beginning of something far far worse.
Download our Test Drive and at least check out our free Keymaster Solo.
That's the first step to regaining your freedom. See here.
