Perfect Pixel Demo Reel Jan 2007Courtesy Jeff Han, Brightcove, and Clipothèque. Not just easy - too easy.
Perceptive Pixel was founded by Jeff Han in 2006 as a spinoff of the NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences to develop and market the most advanced multitouch systems in the world. Han first presented his screen at the TED conference in February 2006. The following demo was first distributed in January 2007.
You can read more about Han and his projects at his NYU page here.
You can see Han's TED presentation here.
Several Perceptive Pixel screens have of course already been acquired by the US military; Apple's iPhone uses a variation of this 'perceptive pixel' technology; click here for info from the source Jeff Han himself. [Serious enquiries only.]
These screen dumps are again courtesy Clipothèque.
