Back to court for the same ridiculous nonsense.

Get It

Try It

Tinfoil hats don't often fit well but in the case of Sweden versus Assange there's not much else to wear. The Swedish attack on Assange has been ripe with corruption from the get-go, and on all possible levels too. It's been a casebook example on how a thoroughly corrupt society tries to devour an innocent visitor.

For those who still insist on brandishing opinions without taking the time to learn the facts: read the official police documents here or drink STFU with your elevenses. For the revelation found therein is that as far as the legal case against Assange goes, there is no case.

Of course these were highly secret documents and were supposed to remain so. Claes Borgström kept up his media blitz by telling everyone he knew more than anyone else so he was in the right and everyone else was a fool. But today we've all seen those 'secret' documents and learned what a bluff he and the others have perpetrated.

Not only is there no case, there's a diabolical insistence in pursuing it anyway. And one cannot excuse this by claiming it's only a legal process. There is no legal process - there is only an abuse of legal process.

The Swedes have broken every rule, written and unwritten, from the get-go. They blasted Assange's name across the Internet, they issued an arrest warrant without waiting to hear anyone's testimony, a better and more conscionable prosecutor threw out the charges, their media spokesperson lied to Al Jazeera, they told the Swedish people on national television to not think about the case, to ignore the international fury, and to be proud of their thoroughly corrupt system.

The Julian Assange case brought all the other poisons of Swedish society to the fore - things that honest Swedes had had no clue about. The stealth infiltration of their media by misandric (fascist) feminists, the collusion and graft permeating the upper levels of the Duckpond, the crazy schemes and the waste of millions upon millions of taxpayer money that basically ended up only in the pockets of the corrupt.

An Expressen reporter. A convicted felon. Hung out to dry for a while and then reinstated just in time to do a job on Julian and his coworkers. The original article seriously lacking substance and content, followed by ten good hours of tweeting Google translations of their article - followed by their pride in finally getting their story out into the world at large so 'Assange+rape' could harvest 5,000,000 hits on Google. These are honourable men to be sure.

A new prosecutor who does all in her power to disenfranchise Julian's counsel, not turn over any documentation to him - but at the same time feed the media with all the information they need to continue the media smear. Massive smear campaigns run behind the scenes by huge PR companies with connections to the US. A prime minister who's been cultivated by the GOP in the US and who's had the personal assistance of no less than major league crook Karl Rove for the past three years. This is the neutral Sweden of today, the ideal of democracy lovers everywhere.

A foreign minister described by embassy cables as 'a medium size dog who thinks he's a big dog'. A minister of justice who loves to sit in the lap of Pennsylvania Avenue and Langley. The same person who today runs a law firm that's behind the media smear of Julian Assange in Sweden and out in the world.

Make no mistake: what the Swedes have been doing - on a massive scale - constitutes 'contempt of court' in every civilised country with rule of law. But there is no rule of law in Sweden. There is no civilisation either.

This is not tinfoil - this is the bare naked truth. Just as shocking to ordinary honest Swedes as it is to anyone else.

Sweden does not allow trial by jury. Instead you get one hopefully fair and educated justice and three laypersons with no appropriate background who are politically appointed, who statistically only grasp 27% of the foundations of jurisprudence, who think it's OK to skew verdicts to favour their political parties, and who most assuredly do not understand or respect the cornerstone concept 'presumption of innocence'.

Sweden has statistically the second highest rape count in the world. After only Lesotho. Of course these aren't real rapes as they are in South Africa. These are mostly stories of drunken females who have to find someone to blame, women who are caught by their husbands in their marital bed with another man, women in custody battles who want to smear their opponents for more money and a better custody agreement.

Just the other day, the leader of the Sweden Democrats came out and cited the statistics for the astronomical number of rapes to prove his own point: that there is a problem in Sweden with the assimilation of immigrants. And he's right: Sweden's immigration policy is a mess and both the immigrants and the Swedes are suffering as a result. Except no one in the media elite wants to talk about it. And neither do the man-hating rabid feminists. Their dilemma is that they want to keep those inflated statistics in everyone's mind at the same time whey don't want anyone criticising the immigration issues.

So what did they do? Look only to what Anna Ardin did: she started debunking the very rape statistics that have been as much of her political platform as anti-semitism was part of the platform of Germany's national socialists. As flashback979 said, Sweden's feminism is far worse and far more dangerous than the wave of fascism that swept through Europe in the 1930s: it targets half of humanity - 50% - and indirectly the other half as well.

All this is simmering in the background today as Julian Assange returns to the courtroom. To once again make it plain for all why a normal response to this hysterical Red Notice EAW is a transgression of human rights.

Julian wouldn't get a fair trial in Sweden. Worse: no one would ever know. They'd conduct it behind closed doors, they'd seal the transcripts and verdict too so no one will ever know what happened, Julian will disappear for a while - when's the last time this happened in the civilised world? Was it the era of Stalin? The era of Hitler? And the Swedes want a British court of all courts to approve of what they're doing?

Read the documents. Know at least what the case is all about in the strictest formal sense. Then continue to do your research and learn how what was once touted as the most progressive society on the planet has turned into a foul-smelling duckpond.

Julian's appeal begins at 10:30 today UTC. Follow the tag #wljul on Twitter. Voice your support and voice your indignation at what the Swedish crooks are doing.

Thank you.

Radical feminism promotes more rights for women at the expense of men. Women don't need to take responsibility: it's always the evil man's fault. It's a fascist, totalitarian ideology with no explanatory power at all and it's extremely dangerous, much more dangerous than Nazism, communism, or fascism, because it targets half of humanity and by proxy all of us.

Marianne Ny appears all the more in a class of her own. Or as Mark Stephens described her: Stalin's Beria.

I'm so sick of it all. Will it never end? At any rate I want to say the other girl's just as much to blame.
 - Anna Ardin

Apparently Swedish laws are unique. If you have a penis you're half a rapist before you even get through customs.

If I am able to reveal what I know, everyone will realise this is all a charade. If I could tell the British courts, I suspect it would make extradition a moot point.
 - Björn Hurtig

I can tell you that the Swedish prosecution still hasn't provided copies of those SMS texts that have been referred to. Those texts are some of the most powerful exculpatory evidence. In Australia prosecutors have a very grave duty to disclose such evidence to courts when seeking the grave exercise of a court's power against an individual. Yet in Sweden in this case, in the first hearings to obtain an arrest warrant, those texts were not submitted to the Swedish court, which is highly improper.

The prosecutor could achieve this broadening of the law during Assange's trial so he can be convicted of a crime that didn't exist at the time he allegedly committed it. She would need to. There is no precedent for this. The Swedes are making it up as they go along.

Julian Assange will surely learn that considering what WikiLeaks has published, he's got a few enemies in the Pentagon, the CIA, and the White House. Sweden began an investigation into rape which was later dismissed. Assange was even denied residence in Sweden. One can only speculate to what extent the security agencies of the US were involved. And considering the obvious interest of the US to silence WikiLeaks, is it likely Assange will have an accident of the 'Boston brakes' kind in the coming years? Or will he be snared with compromising information of the 'honey trap' kind?
 - 'Drozd' at Flashback 23 October 2010

The truth will out, the truth wins out. Let no journalist ever again speculate into what the protocols say. Six months of digging and the people at Flashback have the actual documents. The sleaze printed by rags such as the Daily Mail, Sweden's Aftonbladet and Expressen, and perhaps above all the toxic Nick Davies of the Guardian, can stand no more. Yet more: these documents are an indictment of the 'news organisations' who've printed deliberate inaccuracies all along or even worse: refused to print anything at all. Nick Davies' account of the protocols was maliciously skewed; both Aftonbladet and Expressen had copies early on and printed nothing. Bloggers had copies but arrogantly kept the information to their Smeagol selves.
