More and more we netizens are being boxed in by our need for passwords. Several new - and highly insecure - wireless technologies offer a modicum of protection if we can just come up with adequate authentication methods to bar outsiders who have no business meddling in our affairs.
But creating a satisfactory password can be difficult. We revert immediately to catch phrases - precisely the kind of thing password crack systems will exploit. Enter Pwgen.

Another program originally written for the Win32 platform, Pwgen on OS X is more beautiful and just as efficient. Passwords can be from 1 to 1,000 characters in length, and may contain any sections of the ASCII character set.
